职位描述
Purpose: Product Quality Supervisor challenges and contributes to the Quality agenda in the category. He/she contributes to overall business performance in the Category. Role: Product Quality Supervisor's position demands a high level of competence in regards to the ability to judge if the supplier has the necessary quality performance and systems in place to produce products for COMPANY. They need to have a more in-depth knowledge of the specific material and processes used in their category. Their responsibility is, among others, to safeguard that the category has the competence required to take on and produce the products/articles. Assignments: · Lead and set up the PQ agenda for the Category. · Lead projects within the Category. · Develop working methods within the Category and secure alignment with the global working methods when applicable. · Perform SDP Quality Assessments in accordance with SDP Quality Working Method and COMPANY Trading Quality Assessment Procedure. · Perform initial SDP Quality assessments of new suppliers as a support and upon request from The Category. · Use knowledge gained during the SDP Assessment process at different manufacturing sites to contribute to the business development. Operations: · Product Quality Supervisor develops and/or implements working methods and tools into the business development team's daily work. · Develop working methods within category and secure alignment with China and global working methods when applicable. · Safeguard that the Category works according to the guidelines outlined in TOM. Planning: · Make priorities, understand and convert the China Business Plan, global category plan as well as the China Quality Strategy into action & development plans for the category in China. Competence development: · Lead Product Quality competence development within the category to secure short and long term goals. · Be matrix responsible for Technicians in the category. · Support the BDM in Quality related decisions related to the Business development. Others: · Lead, participate and contribute to projects as well as development activities within Trading China and the category. Measurements: · Customer Experienced Product Quality · Cost of Poor Quality · Customer Returns · Quality Alarms Competence / Knowledge: · Understand COMPANY Business Idea, and how it meets our customers' demands and expectations. · A good understanding of the COMPANY culture, values and rules. · Good and structured knowledge of COMPANY and the COMPANY supply chain. · Proven/documented knowledge/experience of the different production processes and material characteristics and ability to assess and analyze suppliers' quality related working methods. · Understanding of purchasing teams' and suppliers' daily operational activities. · Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken. · Ability to explain complicated issues in a clear and comprehensive way. · Good social and communicative skills. · Proven leadership skills. · Knowledge and competence matching Six-sigma black belt connected to a factory experience of 3 - 5 years.
