液相芯片技术以其高通量、准确、快速、灵敏、特异、多重检测、操作简便、可定性定量等显著优点成为一种极具吸引力的大规模生物检测平台,几乎可用于任何分子相互作用的检测。可以预见,随着高特异性、高亲和力抗体的产生以及微球、分析仪器和软件的不断发展改进,能同时检测的指标数目还将不断增加,灵敏度也将不断提高,并逐渐实现仪器微型化和操作自动化,该技术不仅将丰富生命科学研究的实验手段,大大推进基础研究进程,还将在临床诊断、高通量药物筛选、环境监测、农业检测、法医学等领域中掀起一场技术革命。
